Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in salt and baking powder; then add eggs one at a time along with extracts.
- Gradually mix in evaporated milk followed by flour until just combined.
- Divide batter into three bowls, dyeing one red, one blue, and leaving one plain.
- Grease a bundt pan thoroughly before layering spoonfuls of colored batter.
- Swirl the batter gently before baking for about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
