Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced Honeycrisp apples, crumbled feta cheese, chopped walnuts, and dried cranberries.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
