  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into six equal portions and place skin-side down in a baking dish.
  2. Whisk together soy sauce, dijon mustard, minced garlic, and olive oil in a bowl.
  3. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the marinade; spread the rest over the salmon and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (approximately 400°F).
  5. Grill the salmon skin-side down for about four minutes, then carefully flip and cook for another four minutes until done.
  6. Remove skin if desired, brush with reserved marinade, and serve warm.
