Ingredients
- 3 lb. side of salmon (skin on)
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the salmon into six equal portions and place skin-side down in a baking dish.
- Whisk together soy sauce, dijon mustard, minced garlic, and olive oil in a bowl.
- Reserve 2 tablespoons of the marinade; spread the rest over the salmon and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (approximately 400°F).
- Grill the salmon skin-side down for about four minutes, then carefully flip and cook for another four minutes until done.
- Remove skin if desired, brush with reserved marinade, and serve warm.
