- 1 cup Butter (Cold)
- 1/2 cup Apple (Grated)
- 1 cup Buttermilk (Chilled)
- 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (Chilled)
- 3 tablespoons Honey

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, and spices until well mixed.
- Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in grated apple and chilled buttermilk until just combined.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface, knead gently 3-4 times, roll to 1-inch thick, and cut out rounds.
- Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- For the glaze, mix chilled butter with honey and a pinch of salt until creamy; brush over warm biscuits before serving.
