  • 70 g butter
  • 600 g cream cheese
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 150 g diced apples

  • 80 g dark brown sugar

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Combine crushed crackers, spices, and melted butter in a bowl; press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Toss diced apples with sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and sour cream until smooth; add eggs one at a time without overmixing.
  5. Layer half of the cheesecake mixture and half of the apple mixture in the crust; repeat layers.
  6. Bake for about 75 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
