- 200 g digestive or graham crackers
- 70 g butter
- 600 g cream cheese
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 150 g sour cream
- 150 g diced apples

- 80 g dark brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Combine crushed crackers, spices, and melted butter in a bowl; press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Toss diced apples with sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and sour cream until smooth; add eggs one at a time without overmixing.
- Layer half of the cheesecake mixture and half of the apple mixture in the crust; repeat layers.
- Bake for about 75 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool in the oven for an hour before refrigerating for several hours or overnight.
