Ingredients
- 7–8 cups Cinnamon Apple Chex cereal
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 – 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp apple pie spice
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
- In a large bowl, pour half of the melted chocolate over the Cinnamon Apple Chex cereal. Add 1 tsp of apple pie spice and mix to coat evenly.
- Pour in the remaining melted chocolate and sprinkle with another tsp of apple pie spice; stir until all cereal is coated.
- Sprinkle in 1 cup of powdered sugar and toss gently; add more if desired.
- Spread the mixture onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet and allow it to set at room temperature until firm.
