- ½ tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Slice the apple into ¼-inch thick rounds and core each slice.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, almond butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Place the apple slices on parchment paper and generously spoon the coconut mixture on top of each slice.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in short intervals until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over each topped apple slice and freeze for about 5-10 minutes until firm.
