Instructions
- Dice avocados and mangoes.
- Thinly slice red onion and dice bell pepper.
- Chop cilantro and halve cherry tomatoes.
- In a small bowl, whisk lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all salad ingredients.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat before serving.
