- 1 cup salted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 and 1/4 cups M&Ms
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream softened butter and peanut butter until well combined. Gradually add granulated and brown sugars; mix until creamy. Then add eggs and vanilla extract.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix until just combined. Fold in oats, M&Ms, and chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto lined sheets, spacing them two inches apart. Bake for about 10–13 minutes until edges are set but centers may appear slightly underbaked.
- Allow cookies to cool briefly on sheets before transferring to a cooling rack.
