- 1 cup very ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat together softened butter, sugar, sour cream, and egg until creamy. Mix in mashed bananas and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt; stir until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the pan.
- For the icing, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat until browned. Pour into a bowl and whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread icing on warm bars for a delicious finish.
