Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 2 ¼ cups mashed bananas (about 4 ripe bananas)
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1½ cup sugar
- ¾ cup cooking oil or melted butter
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 10-inch Bundt pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, combine eggs, mashed bananas, sugar, and oil/butter until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients; stir until just combined (lumps are okay).
- Fold in nuts if using, then pour batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
