  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice

  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture over the salmon fillets.
  4. Place the seasoned fillets on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. While baking, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey or maple syrup (if using), and rice vinegar or lime juice.
