Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Fresh lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Place the seasoned fillets on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes or until cooked through.
- While baking, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey or maple syrup (if using), and rice vinegar or lime juice.
- Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the cooked salmon and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
