Ingredients
- 1 flatbread
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
- Optional: 1 tablespoon ranch dressing for drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a pizza stone or baking sheet and brush one side lightly with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
- Spread the BBQ chicken mixture over the oiled side of the flatbread. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheeses on top, followed by red onion and cilantro.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with ranch dressing if desired. Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
