  • 3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (divided)

  • 4 pieces heavy-duty aluminum foil (12 x 18 inches)

Instructions

  2. Cut four large pieces of foil and place 3/4 cup of frozen mixed veggies in the center of each.

  5. For grilling: Cook over indirect heat for 50-55 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
  6. For baking: Place packets on a baking sheet and bake for about 50-55 minutes.
