Ingredients
- 1 package (2 sheets) frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups powdered sugar (or more)
- 4 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 2–3 cups strawberries, hulled
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface; cut into desired shapes.
- Place on baking sheets and poke holes in the center to prevent inflation.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden; let cool.
- Puree strawberries with sugar; boil and simmer until thickened.
- Whisk cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Top cooled pastries with cream cheese spread, drizzle strawberry puree, and add blueberries.
