- 4 large baked croissants
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Evenly spread the broken croissant pieces in the prepared dish and top with mixed berries.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the croissants and berries. Cover and chill for at least 15 minutes or up to 14 hours.
- Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and set. Serve warm with optional powdered sugar or syrup.
