- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 10 ounces fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded (set aside a portion for later use)
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine fresh spinach and chopped garlic.
- Mix in softened cream cheese and sour cream until well blended.
- Stir in salt, black pepper, and grated parmesan cheese.
- Fold in shredded mozzarella cheese (reserve some for topping).
- Transfer to a nonstick-sprayed baking dish and smooth out evenly.
- Bake for about 22 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with bread, crackers, or fresh veggies.
