- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1 1/2 cups white cake mix
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cake mix, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles.
- Chill the dough for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
- Scoop about 1.5 tablespoons of dough onto prepared cookie sheets, spacing them evenly apart.
- Add extra white chocolate chips and sprinkles on top before baking.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
- Allow cookies to cool on sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
