- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
Instructions
- Thinly slice the beef against the grain and all vegetables to ensure even cooking.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, black pepper, and cornstarch to marinate the beef for about 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Sear the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes until browned before stir-frying until fully cooked.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers; stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Serve hot over rice or as desired.
