- ¼ cup blackberry preserves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder; stir until just combined. Spread batter into the prepared pan.
- For the cheesecake layer, beat together softened cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon dollops over brownie batter.
- Warm blackberry preserves slightly and drizzle over cheesecake mixture; swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Allow to cool before slicing into squares.
