- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (finely chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together mayo, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, chives, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked short cut pasta, crumbled turkey bacon, chopped romaine lettuce, and grape tomatoes.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and gently stir until all ingredients are coated.
