Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 white peaches (peeled)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp blue spirulina powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Toppings: sliced strawberries, coconut shreds
Instructions
- Line a small cookie sheet with parchment paper. Cut fresh fruit into chunks and spread evenly on the sheet. Freeze for about 2 hours.
- In a blender, combine frozen fruit, coconut yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and blue spirulina. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Spoon the smoothie mixture into bowls and garnish with chopped strawberries and coconut shreds.
