Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease two 9×5 loaf pans.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and eggs; mix until combined.
- Gradually incorporate flour, baking powder, and salt until just mixed—avoid overmixing.
- Gently fold in the floured blueberries using a rubber spatula.
- Pour the batter evenly into prepared loaf pans.
- Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from pans and slicing.
