- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and fresh blueberries; mix until well blended but still chunky.
- Roll out thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick and cut into four-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of the blueberry cream cheese filling in the center of each square and fold corners towards the center, sealing tightly.
- Arrange filled pastries on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
