Ingredients
- 12 oz bow-tie pasta
- 2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup toasted chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2/3 cup poppy seed dressing
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Cook the bow-tie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with chopped turkey, diced celery, dried cranberries, toasted pecans, and sliced green onions.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the poppy seed dressing, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently until well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
