  • 2 heads broccoli (about 1.5 pounds or 56 cups)
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup roasted salted sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 & 1/4 cups Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white apple vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper
  • dry mustard
  • cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey baon in the oven until crispy; chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together Miracle Whip or mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, dry mustard, and cayenne.
  3. Chop broccoli into small florets and add to the dressing.
  4. Mix in cranberries, sunflower seeds, cheddar cheese, and most of the turkey (reserve some for garnish).
