Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a stand mixer, cream together butter and sugars until fluffy, then mix in the egg and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients separately, sift into wet mixture, and mix until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- In another bowl, prepare the chocolate chip cookie dough using similar steps.
- Form uniform balls by combining both doughs and place on baking sheets.
- Bake for 8 to 9 minutes until edges are set; allow cooling before serving.
