  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar (for chocolate chip cookie dough)
  • 1 egg (plus 1 egg yolk, room temperature)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla (for chocolate chip cookie dough)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for chocolate chip cookie dough)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
