Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 ounce onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 cup milk
- For Glaze: 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large mixing bowl, crumble the ground beef and add breadcrumbs, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, beaten egg, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix gently until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar to make the glaze.
- Spread half of the glaze on the bottom of a loaf pan before adding the meat mixture. Shape it into a loaf.
- Top with the remaining glaze and bake for about 70 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let rest for five minutes before slicing and serving.
