  • ¼ cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 cups of whipped cream or coconut cream for dairy-free
  • 1 cup of bubblegum-flavored yogurt or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of bubblegum extract
  • 1 tablespoon of vegan gelatin or agar-agar
  • ¼ cup of powdered sugar
  • ½ cup of mini vegan marshmallows
  • ¼ cup of colorful sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar until crumbly.
  2. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  4. Dissolve vegan gelatin in warm water until thickened.
  5. In a large bowl, mix whipped cream, bubblegum yogurt, bubblegum extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fold in the dissolved vegan gelatin gently.
  7. Pour filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  8. Return to refrigerator for at least 60 minutes to set.
  9. Top with mini vegan marshmallows and colorful sprinkles before serving.
