- 1 baguette, sliced into 1-inch rounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz burrata cheese, torn into pieces
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, torn
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
- Toast the baguette slices in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- In a mixing bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes, torn basil, salt, and pepper; toss gently.
- Once toasted, remove the baguette from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Top each slice with the tomato mixture and a piece of burrata cheese.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
- Serve immediately while fresh.
