Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef, breaking it apart.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper; cook until softened.
- Stir in chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, and seasonings; cover and cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese on top; cover until melted.
- Serve immediately with optional sides like rice or cauliflower rice.
