Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 oz Velveeta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear chicken bites seasoned with Cajun spices until golden brown.
- In the same skillet, prepare the Alfredo sauce by melting butter, sautéing garlic, then adding cream and cheeses until smooth.
- Combine cooked linguine with sauce and top with chicken bites before serving.
