- 1/2 cup soft caramel candies
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 3 ounces dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa)

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss apple slices with lemon juice and pat dry.
- Insert popsicle sticks into each apple slice.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt caramel candies with heavy cream until smooth.
- Dip each apple slice halfway into the caramel and allow excess to drip off before placing on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for about 5 minutes to set caramel.
- Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl using 20-second intervals until smooth.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the caramel-coated apple slices and add toppings immediately.
- Chill for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until chocolate is set.
