Ingredients
- 6–8 Red or Green Apples
- 6–8 Lollipop or Popsicle Sticks
- 3 Cups White Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1 Cup Water

Instructions
- Prepare the apples by washing them thoroughly and inserting lollipop sticks into each one.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with oil.
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, water, and cinnamon oil. Heat over medium heat until boiling.
- Cook until the mixture reaches 300°F (the crack stage). To test, drop a spoonful into cold water; if it hardens immediately, it’s ready.

- Dip each apple into the colored coating, ensuring even coverage.
