- 12 large basil leaves
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard

- 7 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Salad: On a serving platter, arrange bocconcini and halved grape tomatoes. Sprinkle chiffonaded basil over the top and season with salt and pepper.
- Make the Dressing: In a jar, combine grated garlic, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously until well combined.
- Serve: Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving for maximum freshness.
