Ingredients
- 1 box graham crackers (about 12–14 full crackers)
- 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth; let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well combined.
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, layer half of the graham crackers, followed by half of the pudding mixture and half of the apple pie filling. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top before serving.
