Ingredients
- 11 oz Bag of caramels
- 10 oz Chocolate melting wafers
- 1 TBSP Heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz Cashews
- Sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare a large piece of parchment paper on your workspace.
- Create small piles of cashews (about 2 spoonfuls each) spaced apart.
- Unwrap caramels and place in a microwave-safe bowl with heavy whipping cream. Microwave in intervals until melted.
- Spoon melted caramel over the cashew piles and allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
- Melt chocolate wafers in another bowl using the same microwave method until smooth.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over each cluster, ensuring all cashews are coated.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired, then cool clusters in the refrigerator until set.
