Ingredients
- 4 stalks of celery, chopped
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 6 slices of turkey bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Let cool slightly, then crumble.
- Rinse and chop celery into bite-sized pieces. Dice avocado after removing the pit.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped celery, diced avocado, and crumbled turkey bacon. Drizzle dressing over the mixture.
- Toss gently until well combined and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving.
