Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ziti Pasta
- 1.5 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 medium Red Onion
- 1 large Carrot
- 2 stems Celery
- 2 tablespoons diced Pimientos (with liquid)
- 2 teaspoons Celery Salt
- 1 lb. Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Boil the ziti pasta until al dente; rinse under cold water and drain.
- In a large bowl, combine diced red bell pepper, onion, celery, carrots, and pimientos with celery salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and sugar until smooth.
- Fold the dressing into the vegetable mixture along with the cooled pasta.
- Add diced cheddar cheese and mix gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours before serving.
