Ingredients
- 20oz cheese tortellini (refrigerated or frozen)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 24oz pasta sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese (cubed)
- 1–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Seasoning (salt, garlic powder, black pepper, Italian seasoning)
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; season with salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Drain excess grease from the skillet and stir in pasta sauce and cream cheese; simmer until combined.
- Toss the cooked tortellini into the sauce mixture until coated; pour into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes; switch to broil for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
