  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing (chicken flavored)
  • 12 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 45 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, frozen mixed vegetables, salt and pepper, and minced garlic. Mix until well blended.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the baking pan.
  4. Prepare the Stove Top stuffing according to package directions.
  5. Once ready, layer the stuffing over the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve warm and enjoy!
