Ingredients
- 6 cups romaine lettuce or mixed salad greens
- 3 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 large seasoned chicken breast, cooked
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup croutons
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons shaved parmesan cheese
- Marzetti® Simply Dressed® Caesar Salad Dressing
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and dry the salad greens thoroughly. Chop them into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy and crumble it.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped greens, crumbled bacon, sliced eggs, cooked chicken breast, and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Add grated parmesan cheese and croutons on top.
- Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss gently to combine.
- Garnish with additional parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.
