Instructions
- Flatten chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
- Set up three shallow dishes for breading: one with flour, one with whisked eggs mixed with milk, and one with breadcrumbs combined with grated Romano cheese and seasonings.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each chicken breast for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cooked chicken rest briefly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
