Ingredients
- 3 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 5 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 2 teaspoons cardamom powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by tenderizing it lightly with a meat mallet if desired.
- In a mixing bowl or zip bag, combine chicken thighs with yogurt, garlic, spices, vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and marinate for at least 3 hours (overnight recommended).
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 8-10 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Allow the chicken to rest before slicing into strips.
