Ingredients
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon chipotle chili powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- various spices (garlic powder, onion powder, etc.)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together marinade ingredients including maple syrup and spices. Reserve some for glazing.
- Place chicken in a large freezer bag and pour in the marinade. Marinate for 2-6 hours.
- Preheat grill or skillet. Cook chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- While cooking, prepare the glaze using reserved marinade in a saucepan until thickened.
- Brush cooked chicken with glaze before serving.
