Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed Biscoff cookies
- 6 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces chopped semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the crushed Biscoff cookies until fine crumbs form. Combine with melted butter and press into a tart pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a saucepan over low heat, blend heavy cream and chopped semi-sweet chocolate until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in Biscoff cookie butter, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.
- Before serving, top with crushed Biscoff cookies, shaved chocolate, and whipped cream.
