- 1 OREO crust
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (coarsely chopped)
- ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream (plus additional for garnish)
- 20 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Prepare the OREO crust according to your recipe and set aside to cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Gradually add ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream and mix until combined.
- Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in coarsely chopped semi-sweet chocolate chips and mini chocolate chips.
- Pour filling into the prepared OREO crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Remove from springform pan, garnish with whipped cream and additional chocolate chips if desired.
