- 4 apples (Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, Fuji)
- 12 oz dark chocolate (melted)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
- Topping options: nuts, sprinkles, coconut, crushed cookies, mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Wash and dry the apples thoroughly. Slice into 1/4" thick pieces and insert popsicle sticks.
- Melt dark chocolate in a heat-safe bowl using the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Optionally add coconut oil for easier dipping.
- Dip each apple slice in melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing on parchment paper.
- Add your choice of toppings immediately after dipping and refrigerate until set.
