- 5 ounces dark chocolate (or preferred type)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper. Mash raspberries in a mixing bowl until broken down.
- Stir in chia seeds; let sit for 5-10 minutes to thicken.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet and freeze for an hour.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Dip each frozen raspberry bite into melted chocolate until fully coated; return to the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and freeze again for another hour before serving.
