Instructions
- Slice the apples into 1/2-inch thick rounds and brush them lightly with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip half of each apple slice into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the slices with shredded coconut, toasted nuts, and mixed seeds.
- Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or chill in the fridge for about 10–15 minutes before serving.
